Wrapped blouse from a 1970's Butterick sewing pattern. Handmade by me. Sits at waist. Front buttoned closing, extended shoulders, elasticized front waist. Measurements of the final garment are: 34 inch chest, 26 inch waist (will stretch) 18 inch length, Back waist 16 1/2 inch. Elastic is attached to the front sides. Elastic goes around waist in back, button blouse in front. Bring the tie ends to front and tie into knot. Scarf not included.
