1980's black dropped waist dress with two layers of 9 inch ruffles on the bottom. Silver metallic overlay that ties in front. Size 18. No zipper, pullover. Dress is in good condition with a few small snags in the metallic overlay. Freshly cleaned. Necklace not included.
