Gunne Sax by Jessica long prairie dress. Size 13. Corset front, high waist, ties in back. Two different floral patterns. Dress is made from cotton calico fabric by Concord Fabrics. 3 button closure on cuff of sleeve.
Measurements:
32 inch chest
30 inch waist
24 inch sleeve
55 inch total length
The tag is faded and hard to read, It looks like a size 13 this would be a junior size 13 in the 70's. My mannequin is a women's size 10 today and dress fits well on it, except a little tight in the back on the mannequin. Check your measurements against the ones I have taken from the dress to be sure of a fit.
